Beyond the Basics:
Core Fusion goes beyond crunches! We'll target your deep abdominal muscles, including the pelvic floor and transverse abdominis, which are crucial for postpartum recovery and overall core stability.
This class targers primary muscles used for core stability such as the pelvic floor, transversus abdominis, obliques (internal and external), rectus abdominis, erector spinae (lower back muscles), and hip flexors and also the secondary core muscles that include the glutes, which are further strengthened during core activation.
Addressing Diastasis Recti:
This class is especially beneficial for those concerned about diastasis recti, a separation of the abdominal muscles common after pregnancy.
Our exercises will help you:
