This course is designed for two people and promises an unforgettable experience woven with laughter and trust.

- Equipment: Uses one hammock attached to 2 hooks on the ceiling.
- Movement: Involves exercises in duo that do not require rotation of the hammocks.
- Focus: Focus on strength, flexibility, and balance exercises that can be performed in a more stable environment.
Sunday (01 Nov):
- Equipment: Uses one or two hammocks attached to a single hook with a swivel mechanism.
- Movement: Involves exercises that utilize the rotation of the hammock.
- Focus: fun and dynamique movements in duo, aerial acrobatics.
