What is Pil'Yoga?

Pil'Yoga is a fusion practice that combines the in-depth core work and mobility exercises of Pilates with specific yoga stretches. These movements complement each other, leading to deeper results.

Deep Core Engagement: Pil'Yoga emphasizes the conscious use of your deep core muscles, including your deep abdominals and perineum. This requires continuous concentration and awareness of your body. This deep physical work can benefit athletes by improving performance and can also help prevent injuries.
